Repeat Prescription Requests
Vision Online Services Patient Registration Form
In the current circumstances we are trying to minimise the occasions when patients have to come into the Health Centre. This is to protect our patients, Doctors, Nurses and Staff.
Due to the current COVID 19 pandemic all prescription requests that have been marked to collect at the surgery are being sent to local pharmacies as follows:
Patients who live in Cockenzie and Port Seton – Well Pharmacy, Links Road, Port Seton
Patients who live in Longniddry – Longniddry Pharmacy, Links Road, Longniddry
Patients who live in Prestonpans –
Surname A – G – Prestonlinks Pharmacy, High Street, Prestonpans
Surname H – P – Bankton Pharmacy, Hawthorn Road, Prestonpans
Surname R – Z – Well Pharmacy, High Street, Prestonpans
This is to reduce the risk of infection in having patients coming to the surgery.
Please note that in the current situation the Pharmacies are only open 10:00 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 17:00
We appreciate that patients are struggling to obtain some medications that are usually available directly to the public or that they may have received historically, please note that we need to prioritise essential medical care during this Covid-19 pandemic and as such we can not process prescription requests that have not recently been approved by a medical professional. Thank you for your support in these challenging times.
