Adult Vaccinations and ImmuniSations (Including Travel VAccinations)

Should vaccinations be required for a holiday abroad, a form can be obtained from reception, which should be completed and handed back in for the attention of the Practice Nurse. A double appointment (per person requiring vaccinations) should be made with the Nurse 10 – 14 days following submitting the form. The Nurse will produce a schedule for vaccines and provide travel information for the country you are intending to visit. You should endeavour to leave a contact telephone number so that the Nurse can call you back if necessary.

If vaccinations are required for other reasons you should make an appointment with the Practice Nurse to discuss this. We do keep a stock of vaccinations in the treatment room but some vaccinations need to be given on prescription and therefore need to be given at a future appointment.
