Nurses
We are delighted to be able to return to more normality as we recover from the Covid-19 pandemic.
Please call us on 0300 790 6244 to arrange an appointment with a nurse.
Our reception team will ask you a bit about the issue to help you get the right appointment – whether with our own practice nurses or with the CTACS nursing service.
You will no longer need to wear a face-covering for appointments unless you wish to do so. Please do not hesitate to ask the clinician to wear a face-covering if this would make you feel more comfortable. We would be happy to do so.
Since the pandemic a greater proportion of Longterm Condition (LTC) review appointments have been conducted on the phone but we recognise that this is not always people’s preferred option. Please let the receptionist know what type of appointment you would prefer.
Please see our videos for advice about how to best manage your condition, but if you are concerned about any symptoms please arrange a nurse or GP appointment.
Our nurses are also deliver the NHS Cervical Screening programme, so if you are a woman aged 25-64, or have a cervix, and have received a letter for a cervical smear please call for a practice nurse appointment.
Please be kind and patient with our expert reception team as they help you get the right appointment for you.
